We are pleased to announce that we began authorized distribution of Prophesee’s Metavision® SDK5 PRO (Metavision SDK Ver. 5) (paid version).

Metavision® SDK is a software toolkit that is compatible with our event-based vision camera, SilkyEvCam®.

Metavision® SDK5 PRO provides access to advanced applications such as 3D processing with stereo cameras, AI inference, Object detection, gesture recognition, and motion tracking, all powered by cutting edge algorithms. Source files also made available.

As our announcement dated October 11, 2024, customers who have purchased SilkyEvCam® can continue to use OpenEB and Metavision® SDK Ver. 4 free of charge. New installations are also available. Please note that Metavision® SDK Ver. 4.6.2 is the final version (updated on July 2, 2024). In principle, there will no further updates after that date.

Customers with an active subscription to Metavision® SDK PRO licensees as of October 7, 2024, can continue to use MetaVision® SDK5 PRO with their license, without any additional cost. However, a separate purchase will be required to use Metavision® SDK Ver. 6 and later versions.
